Empowering youth with technology and design skills for the digital future — from first principles to white-collar careers.
Thadam Kanavu Pattarai is our advanced training initiative — a series of hands-on workshops and courses that equip students with in-demand technology, design, and professional skills. "Pattarai" means workshop in Tamil, reflecting our commitment to practical, project-based learning.
When we visit rural villages, we meet bright young people who studied hard and dream of good careers. But most end up in unstable, low-paying jobs — no matter how much they studied. We couldn't stay quiet when we saw this. So we designed a model that truly works.
In today's digital age, technological literacy isn't just an advantage — it's essential. Kanavu Pattarai bridges the digital divide by providing comprehensive tech education to students who might otherwise never have access to computers, coding lessons, or design tools.
"We couldn't stay quiet when we saw this. So we designed a model that truly works — and then we proved it."
